Kuju Entertainment operates three independent studios in the UK and internationally: Headstrong Games, Zoë Mode and Vatra Games.

Character ActionHeadstrong Games is the newly rebranded Kuju london Studio,opened in 2000 and the developer behind the critically acclaimed Battalion Wars I and II for Nintendo GameCube and Wii, and the recently announced House of the Dead: Overkill for SEGA. Headstrong currently has a number of games in development.

“Bringing light into darkness”Vatra is the newest development group within the Kuju family of studios and is located in the Czech Republic. Our focus is on high-end action titles for the Xbox® 360, PLAYSTATION®3 and PC. We are dedicated to making a real impact by advancing visual and sound aesthetics on these gaming platforms while employing highly disciplined programming and production practices. Vatra is currently working on two unannounced titles for one of the industry’s top publishers.

Music and Social Games

Zoë Mode makes music and party videogames; simple, social, games that are effortlessly fun but don’t take themselves too seriously. Based in Brighton, its diverse work force is unified by its attitude to play.

Zoë Mode believes that games are powerful ways of bringing people together and having fun and that there’s more to life than games, but that games can make life better; and strongly believes that there is a game for everyone.
